Psychotherapy

The word ‘psychotherapy’ is derived from Ancient Greek, meaning ‘healing of the soul’
[psyche (ψυχή) (life; mind; soul) and therapeia (θεραπεία) – (healing; medical treatment)].
This definition is a great reminder of what therapy is about or can be about, which for me is healing at a deep level, at Soul level.

Psychotherapy can help you understand the various ways the underlying issues that can impact how we think, feel and behave. Every aspect of our lives affects each other and finding solutions and fulfillment in one area can positively affect other areas and initiate change & transformation in a flawless way. We will work together to enable you to recognize and identify patterns of behavior that can pose problems in managing difficult situations and relating effectively to others.
